Bill is currently Area President of NC for a Fractional CFO company called FocusCFO.

He has over thirty years’ experience in senior management in Training, Marketing, Sales, Licensing, Manufacturing, Importing & Exporting and Finance. He has worked in North America, Latin America, Australia, Africa, Far East and Europe.

Bill teaches Culture Change, Leadership, Lean, and Troubleshooting. He has taught to over 60 different organization. 

He also owns MPACT Solutions LLC, (Burlington Industries In-House Training Company). MPACT has a propriety on line skill assessment for identifying the technical skill gap for Maintenance technicians and machine operators. Currently Community Colleges in North Carolina, Texas and Virginia have been using MPACT for Training.

He has worked with Proctor & Gamble, Microsoft, Pfizer, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Baxter Labs, Abbott Labs, GKS, Lowe’s, J&J, Bridgestone, Campbell’s, Goodyear, Polo, Wrangler and Walmart.

He was Brand Director for Unilever Worldwide Vaseline Skin Care, a $200 Million Brand. He invented and launched Vaseline Lip Therapy the #1 HBA in the USA at the time.

He has worked for the US House as a Congressional aide on Capitol Hill. He has been on numerous boards both for profit and nonprofit. He recently started a Bank called Triad Business Bank to service Commercial loans in NC.

Bill is an Eagle Scout, Silver Beaver, Silver Antelope, Vice Chair of NST 15 that covers NC, SC, VA and GA. He is BSA National Committee Chair that is tasked with changing the business Culture of the BSA for the next 100 years. 

For 18 years he has mentored High School Boys from his Church. He has been on 13 short term mission trips to Underprivileged Areas of the USA, CUBA and Israel.

He is married for 29 years to Dori and has three children Will, Jessa and Elisa Kaye. 

He has studied at Harvard, Case Western University, Roosevelt University in Chicago. He has his degree on Business Management from Cleveland State University. He has appeared on Good Morning American. He has been awarded “National Promotion of the Year Award” by Advertising Age magazine and the prestigious Esty’s “National Best Creative Award” for television commercials. He has had articles published and has traveled to over 42 countries.
