With the exposure to various types of real estate, it has become a passion for Artem, getting him into long term residential real estate investing. This exposure provides a great understanding of the various problems that homeowners, investors, tenants, and property managers may experience: from water leaks, to mold, to minor repairs.

Upon moving to Raleigh from Connecticut, he purchased AdvantaClean from Mark England, who had owned and operated the business successfully for ten years. The various roles and ventures serve as a basis for the value driven approach, providing solutions that best suit our customers, all while following industry best accepted practices from IICRC and NADCA.

In April of 2022, Artem opened an Ace Handyman Services business with his business partner, Daniel Giacomazzi to serve his current and future customers even better. With the synergies in place, Dan and Artem became a "one stop shop" for most in-home issues.

Artem Lopatchenko is a first-generation Ukrainian immigrant who graduated from Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) with an undergraduate degree in Accounting, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Since graduating with an undergraduate degree, he obtained his CPA license and has worked in various roles and industries, including residential and commercial real estate.

Artem is an avid dog lover and reader, he is also an Adjunct Professor at his Alma Mater teaching Managerial Accounting.
