Edward Jones

Wealth Management & Exit Planning | Website

On October 7, 1975, President Gerald Ford signed a law that allowed women admittance
into all-male military academies. Seven years later, my parents met as freshman at the US
Military Academy at West Point. Their legacy of scholarship, leadership and service has
been a guiding force throughout my life. Hearing them recall stories of their sacrifice during
Operation Desert Storm birthed in me a desire to be brave like them. Observing their
financial struggles however, activated my decision to study wealth.

While pursuing a degree in business at Alcorn State University and playing Division I
basketball on scholarship, I learned what it meant to be a financial advisor at Edward Jones.
The company's commitment to putting the clients' needs first resonated deeply with me.
This year, I celebrated ten years with the firm.

As a Partner and a  CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I partner closely with my clients to
address a host of financial concerns including tax mitigation, estate considerations, wealth
protection strategies and retirement income planning. As a Certified Exit Planning
Advisor®, I guide business owners through the daunting process of selling their businesses.
I serve as an advocate for them as they meet with various business advisors to verify the
business, personal and financial aspects of their lives are ready for a profitable and tax
efficient exit. Because of our experience, we mostly enjoy working with established
business owners, executives and retirees, or those within five years of retirement.

We have been incredibly fortunate to develop wonderful partnerships with our clients'
CPAs, attorneys and other trusted professionals, and enjoy collaborating with them to
develop complete, tailored strategies.

I've also been blessed with my wonderful husband of eight years, Jerrell, and my sassy
4-year-old daughter named Zoe.

Our team is committed to developing a lifelong partnership with those we serve. Give us a
call, and we will let you know if we or someone we know can help serve you. I truly
appreciate your interest in my practice, and I look forward to speaking with you soon.

With personal service,
